Terms of Use
Last updated — August 2026
These terms govern your use of the AIO TV app. By downloading, installing or using AIO TV, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. What AIO TV is
AIO TV is a media application that brings a built-in on-demand catalogue together with channels and sources you choose to add, in one interface across your devices. AIO TV is a player and organiser — it does not itself provide, host, or supply the third-party channels, streams or services you connect to it.
You bring the content. Any channels, playlists, streams or sources you add are provided by third parties, not by AIO TV. You are solely responsible for the content you connect and for ensuring you have the legal right to access it in your location. AIO TV does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party content or services.
2. Your account
You can use AIO TV as a guest, or create an account to sync your library across devices. Accounts use passwordless sign-in: we email a one-time code to the address you provide. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account. Some features may require an activation code or subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or use it to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
4. Availability
We work to keep AIO TV available and reliable, but the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and third-party sources you add may change or stop working outside our control. We may add, change or remove features over time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO TV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from third-party content or services you connect to the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Your content and data
Your library and settings remain yours. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the app develops; the current version will always be posted here. You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
